1) How do I book?

Making an inquiry is easy: You simply send us an email with the particulars of your trip (destination, dates, number of rooms, etc.). An Indagare travel specialist will be in touch with you shortly. You may also call our office at 212-988-2611.

2) Is there a fee? Do I have to be a member of Indagare?

There is no fee for booking, but you must be an Indagare member. (Learn more, Join now.) Our booking service is open to all levels of membership.

3) Do you get better rates than I can find myself?

Indagare has discounted rates and/or special amenities at hundreds of hotels and resorts around the world. Our partner hotels often extend special packages and offers to our members that are not available to the general public. Read more about Indagare Benefits by going to My Benefits. If you have a Platinum or Centurion card, we will check the rates for those as well and book you through AmEx if they have a better deal.

4) What if the hotel is sold out?

If the hotel is sold out, we will add you to the waitlist and work to advance your request. We will also suggest the best alternatives. (P.S. We have often been called miracle workers because our good relationships have been able to secure spots at sold-out properties, but we cannot promise to always be able to work our magic.)

5) Does Indagare provide concierge services?

For any trip you book through Indagare, we are happy to arrange airport transfers and recommend guides and restaurants. Should you choose to add additional concierge services, such as restaurant reservations, itinerary coordination, spa appointments and the like, you may do so for a fee, which starts at $250.

6) What if I want to plan a very complicated trip, with multiple stops, guides and drivers?

For those who like highly personal service, we’ll plan your whole trip, making sure that every detail is taken care of and every contingency considered. Through our network of contacts, we can connect you with the top international travel specialists, whether you want a private boat on the Amazon, a family-friendly guide for the Great Wall or an art curator in Istanbul.

7) Is your office open 24 hours?

Our offices are open standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9-6 EST). If you need assistance after hours, our team is reachable by email.
