Stay
We only feature hotels that we can vouch for first-hand. With Indagare Plus, members receive special amenities.
The Wythe Hotel
Occupying a converted factory right by the riverfront, the Wythe Hotel has an industrial aesthetic due to the fact that many of the building’s original details—tall timber-beamed ceilings, concrete floors—were preserved. The 70 guest rooms are spare, spacious and—with locally sourced furnishings—effortlessly stylish. Request a Manhattan View room for unobstructed skyline panoramas.
The Wythe is more than the place to stay in the borough. The farm-to-table restaurant, Reynard, is worthy of a trip itself, and the rooftop Ides Bar has been a place to see and be seen since the hotel’s 2012 opening. The lobby-adjacent boutique, known as the Shop, offers themed offerings that rotate every few months, from A.P.C. raw denim to buttery leather handbags made from the pelts of the same animals served for dinner.
The William Vale
The contemporary, design-focused William Vale offers five-star pampering, stunning views and fine dining options in Williamsburg.
