El Crocodrilo Azul
One of Wayne Hudson’s favorites.
“It’s on the beach and, yes, there is a crocodile lagoon nearby. Some of the seating is in the sand under palm trees while most of the lighting comes from candles and beach bonfires. There’s dancing under a palapa with great music and the parties last until dawn—this is where Heidi Klum and Seal have their anniversary party every year. The food, a mixture of sushi and Asian fusion, is also good.”
