At Gary Rhodes’s restaurant, the menu is an international riff on classic Grenadian cuisine, as shown in such dishes as the seared tuna Benedict and the shrimp and callaloo tartlet. Kevin Darbyshire is the executive chef, but Rhodes, a Grenada fanatic, often comes down to visit. Reservations recommended.
