Much of the ranch area is protected as preserve area (See Green/Eco). Some of the special activities on offer include horseback riding, whale watching, fishing, hiking, mountain biking and kayaking through the preserve. There are also tennis courts, soccer fields and a nearby golf course as well as spa treatments and yoga classes.
