Spoon Byblos

Alain Ducasse’s Michelin-starred bistro at the Hôtel Byblos offers a contemporary medley of Catalan-, Andalusian- and Moroccan-influenced dishes. The menu might include cold chicken soup with ricotta cheese and herbs, tuna à la plancha with satay sauce, lightly spiced lamb or fish tagines and always Ducasse’s “Top Dessert” (the chef chooses four dessert selections for you). The hip setting features Moroccan lamps and low tables.
