La Verdoyante
This inexpensive, family-run place is located in the nearby village of Gassin (a nice escape from the crowds and the heat). The restaurant excels in southern French classics including bouillabaisse, stuffed leg of rabbit and crème brulée flavored with lavender. The wine list includes many vintages from the neighboring vineyards. Sitting on the sunny terrace overlooking the countryside, you’ll feel like you’re in Provence.
Le Will

Pizza Bruno
A casual pizza place in the town of St. Tropez, which is a good spot for a laid-back family meal. According to a recent member postcard, “Pizza Bruno in St. Tropez’s old port is by far the best pizza in town.”
Plage des Jumeaux
A great beach to bring the kids—there’s a playground right in the sand—the Plage des Jumeaux has a deck restaurant that serves copious salads and a range of southern specialties.
