Tips: There are no cash machines at all in José Ignacio and only two in La Barra: one at the Citibank, which is not always operational, and one at the gas station. Dollars are widely accepted as are credit cards, but be sure to travel with cash for markets, some restaurants (such as La Olada) and taxis and tips.
