Astir of Paros Hotel

Known as the most luxurious hotel on the island, Astir of Paros is the island’s best bet for top-notch service, privacy, and full amenities such as a tennis court, gym, two hotel restaurants, and even a 3-hole golf course. The restaurant kitchens are supplied with fruit and vegetables harvested on the island, and the breakfast buffet is notably expansive. Says Greek-American and founder of Paperless Post, James Hirschfeld, “Astir is well-located on a beautiful bay, with a nice pool and a great restaurant. There are palm trees around a putting green and even a little church on the premises. Its private bungalows are very well-kept.” To stay inland, further from the island’s central nightlife and dining hotspot of Naoussa, the charming new Lefkes Village Hotel has recently made its debut in the picturesque mountaintop town of Lefkes, which has longtime been a destination for weddings and honeymooners.
