Kenichi

Aspen’s sushi lovers may argue over which they prefer Kenichi or Takah Sushi for a lower key Japanese experience than Matsuhisa but there’s no argument any more as to which one has the better atmosphere and draws the beautiful people. Kenichi is now considered the rock’n’roll sushi spot with its hip redesign and larger space. Of course, the Tanuki’s Magic Daigino Sake helps. Reservations recommended; dinner only.

La Palapa

The best Mexican food in town can be found at La Palapa. In addition to typical fare like fajitas and tortillas, you will find delicious ceviche and molcajetes, which mix seafood and meat. Of course, the margaritas are awesome too.
