La Table de Babette

Female chefs are on the rise in Paris but finding delicious West Indian food in elegant surroundings is very rare. Now, that Elisabeth de Rozières has opened this restaurant (named for her nickname), it’s possible to savor the tastes of Martinique and St. Barth’s in the 16th arrondissement. Come if you crave Creole chicken or spicy crab and banana flambé. Métro: Trocadéro.
