Destination: Turks & Caicos

Overview Text Size A A A

Depending on where you choose to be based, chances are you’ll eat most, if not all, of your meals at the resort (particularly those in secluded retreats like Parrot Cay and Amanyara). Visitors staying at resorts on Grace Bay Beach will have an easier time venturing to neighboring hotels for meals, but walking on the beach at night is not recommended (it’s badly lit and there are sand fleas), so you’ll have to arrange transportation. Restaurants, like the beachside Anacaona at Grace Bay Club, are well worth the (short) taxi ride. The far-flung Amanyara is open to nonguests as well, and while the restaurant is memorable, diners should know that from Grace Bay it’s a long, and expensive, undertaking. Lotus at Parrot Cay is one of the only restaurants in TCI that’s for hotel guests only.
