WIth ambitions to create a Greek version of the Costa Smeralda on Sardinia, the owners of Costa Navarino in the southwest Peloponnese are promising to develop the Mediterranean’s next great resort destination. Among their core goals: a commitment to environmental responsibility, a sensitive promotion of Messinia, five-star hotels, world-class golf courses and family activities. The first hotels and golf course opened this summer, and we visited.
