Sfoglia

I have not yet had the chance to try Sfoglia, which is housed in a gray-shingled cottage just outside town and owned by chefs Ron Suhanosky and Colleen Marnell-Suhanosky. But I adore the New York incarnation of the couple’s cozy trattoria, on the Upper East Side, where the menu focuses on delicious Italian country fare, like potato gnocchi and risotto al frutti di boschi. (Both dishes are also served in the intimate wood-paneled dining room on Nantucket.) Reservations are recommended during high season.
