“Opened to great acclaim during the Jaipur Literature Festival in January 2009, Flow is a breath of fresh air, literally and figuratively, in the Jaipur dining scene. Located in the leafy garden area next to the pool at Diggi House Hotel, this hip café lounge has booths nestled under the trees and is a cool, chic place to enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine. The menu offers simple fusion food, using traditional Indian breads with interesting toppings, such as spiced farm cheese with tsatsiki sauce on tandoori roti and smoked salmon with capers, mustard and sour cream on fresh naan bread. Recently, a guest chef from Thailand has been experimenting with a Thai Indian fusion, come here for the ambience and to catch a glimpse of a new ‘designer’ Jaipur emerging.”
