The decor is akin to that of an English country manor—a busy mélange of antiques, riotous fabrics, canopies and raised-panel moldings. The penthouse suite is rumored to be Margaret Thatcher’s favorite accommodation in Palm Beach. A popular spot among locals is the library, where traditional English tea is served every afternoon.
