La Rôtisserie du Château

After an extensive refurbishment, the Château du Domaine St. Martin—an impressive, beautifully landscaped castle on a pine-shaded hilltop—has just added this informal terrace restaurant. The concept: an open kitchen with spit-roasted meat and fish, plus a buffet and wine-tasting menu. The view: a stunning vista of the valley and the Estérel mountains, with the sea shimmering in the distance. The brand new Ducasse-trained chef, Yannick Franques, also heads the intimate restaurant (renamed Le Saint-Martin), which features refined and decidedly modern variations on Mediterranean specialties.

Le Candille

Le Mas Candille’s Shiseido Spa is now offering a special minceur gastronomic menu along with their “Oxygen” treatment. Lunch is on the hotel’s shady garden terrace restaurant, where Provencal chef Serge Gouloumès offers a tasty three-course prix fixe. Highlights: mozzarella and smoked salmon tartare, coquilles St. Jacques with roasted artichokes, and homemade fruit sorbet and mango soup for dessert.
