Les Halles

Rue du Centre biarritz

See Website

The two large covered market halls are the heart of Biarritz bustle every morning. The scene kicks off at a more leisurely 8/8:30a.m., compared with the Parisian markets that get going hours earlier. One hall is dedicated entirely to all things seafood, while the other has stands selling everything from fresh produce to spices and foie gras. The scene is a lot of fun and the restaurants lining the market are also busy around this time, so you can stop for a coffee and pastries.
