Conceived by New York City dining impresario Danny Meyer, this restaurant is located in the Ralph Lauren store on Boulevard St. Germain. It's a good fit if you're shopping in the area and are craving some straightforward American bistro fare: burgers (made with grass-fed beef from Lauren’s ranch in Telluride) and New England clam chowder. The store itself, a historic reconverted mansion is fast becoming a tourist sight on the Left Bank, just because it is so gorgeously restored.
