This bistro drew foodies to the Belleville neighborhood, a working-class districts in the 20th arrondissement, years before other trendy restuarants arrived. The two small dining rooms are occasionally decorated with contemporary art for sale, there’s a well-edited wine list, and chef Raquel Carena’s cooking is excellent. The chalkboard menu changes all the time. It's not as much an insider’s address as it used to be but is still worth the trek. Closed Saturday lunch, Sunday and Monday.
