Michelle Garnault who opened M on the Fringe in the Hong Kong and then M on the Bund in Shanghai recently brought her gift for marrying a hip scene with great food to the Chinese Capital. Capital M has quickly become one of the most stylish places to dine in the city—its terraces overlook Tianamen Square and the menu changes with the seasons. It won Best New Restaurant in 2010.
