This popular independent little bookstore has a well-edited selection, including numerous titles about Nantucket. Take advantage of the island setting to reread Moby-Dick (the whaling boat Pequod departs from Nantucket Harbor in Melville’s masterpiece). My favorite, set on the island, is Ahab’s Wife, Sena Jeter Naslund’s innovative reworking of the classic from the perspective of Una Ahab.
