Kitsch is alive and well at the Elvis-a-Rama Museum, with its Presley memorabilia, and at the extravagant Liberace Foundation and Museum. More-cultured establishments have been slow to catch on. Steve Wynn finally gave up in early 2006 and closed his lovely art museum at the Wynn, which contained mostly pieces from his own personal collection, including Picasso’s Le Rêve. However, there are two other museums worth visiting while you’re in town: the Guggenheim Hermitage Museum and Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art.
