You have a wide array of options. Most major American carriers fly to Tokyo, and the Japanese national carrier, Japan Airlines (JAL), is known for fabulous service and a modern fleet. One JAL quirk is having cameras in the nose cones of its planes; on takeoff and landing, the individual passenger screens display a pilot’s-eye view of the scene below. Various other Asian airlines may offer cheaper deals that involve going via Seoul, Hong Kong or Bangkok, something to consider if time is not the major concern.
