This centrally located estate is the latest addition to the portfolio of Time & Place Homes, one of the first companies to pioneer the concept of fully serviced villas (they call them “private hotels”). A short walk from Nantucket town and Steps Beach, Cliff Road has five bedrooms, plus a loft above the kitchen that can be turned into a children’s play room, as well several sitting and dining rooms, all carefully decorated with French and Belgian antiques. There’s a lap pool and spa on the property, which also has a private entrance to adjacent Coffin Park, a great spot for picnics. As with all Time & Place properties, a full-time concierge is available to arrange special requests. $35,000 per week during July and August.
