“Delhi takes time. Delhi is a sprawling big city. Old Delhi in particular is chaos and often the traffic is choked and slow. New Delhi and South Delhi flows quite well, most of the time! Because of the expansion of the Metro, Delhi’s rapid transit system, there is a lot of construction taking place and this is slowing the city down.”
