Laid-back, beachside restaurant Tamaricciu, on gorgeous Palombaggia plage, is open seven days a week and serves up innovative Mediterranean dishes. Diners sit on an elevated deck under large cream-colored umbrellas—with prime sea views, bien sur —and snack on simply prepared salads, tartines and fresh seafood. If you’re tempted to stay après-lunch, you can rent one of the blue-and-white-striped loungers to laze the afternoon away on the restaurant’s stretch of private beach. Open for lunch April through October and dinner June through August.
