“We really like Santa Fe, which is located on the hill above Gouverneur beach. The owner is a guy who used to work at Le Sapotillier as its head waiter, and he now runs a wonderfully efficient restaurant with a very good menu at Santa Fe. This is a place people should know about, certainly for lunch and maybe even for dinner. There are unbelievable views from Saba all the way to the east. You can see the curve of the ocean, and there’s a great breeze when it’s hot.”
