Ali first discovered her desire to connect with people and experience new cultures when she attended boarding school, where she engaged with peers from Ghana, Japan, Switzerland and beyond. Her passion for cross-cultural encounters grew when she spent a summer at a Spanish school in Málaga. Ali attended the College of Charleston, where she earned a degree in international studies and hospitality. She studied abroad in Barcelona, worked at a hotel in Montauk and moved to New York City to work in events. She loves to ski in Vermont with her family and wants to pursue her skill in photography. Ali’s favorite part about traveling is the opportunity it provides to gain new perspectives and meet new people.
