Alyssa Yanover, HR Generalist
Alyssa grew up listening to her grandmother's stories about living in Paris, spending the years of the war in a German orphanage and immigrating to America at 19 without knowing a word of English. These stories sparked a desire to learn about the world's many different cultures that has followed Alyssa through her life ever since. Alyssa's favorite aspect of traveling (besides trying new foods) is its ability to teach her more about herself—by challenging her and providing endless learning opportunities and the space to reflect. Some of Alyssa's favorite travel memories include: sketching a nude model in a Florentine art studio, kicking up mud on an ATV ride through the jungle in the Riviera Maya and sneaking out of a Bedouin tented camp and hiking to gaze at the stars in Israel. Prior to joining Indagare, Alyssa received her master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and worked as an HR Business Partner, with direct experience in communications, diversity and inclusion.
