Lauren’s love of travel stems from her desire to connect: with people, with the environment and with herself. Her curiosity of other cultures, love of natural landscapes and desire to continually expand her mindset has drawn her to live on four continents, visit all seven and explore 94 countries (and counting!). When she’s not on the road, she’s probably on a hike with her husband and son, getting lost in a good book or training for her next marathon.
