A Cleveland-native-turned-New-Yorker, Sydney owes her love of travel to her adventurous parents—from a young age she was encouraged to explore the world, and she became inspired to learn about different cultures through traveling and connecting with new people. Sydney graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, and after spending a semester on exchange in Strasbourg, France, it was clear to her that she wanted to dedicate her passions towards experiencing new cities and encouraging others to do the same. Sydney believes that the most rewarding experiences stem from keeping an open mind and that doing so will allow you to gain new perspectives and have meaningful connections. Some of her favorite travel memories include visiting family in Budapest, Hungary, indulging in French cuisine with her mom in Paris, France, trekking the rainforest with friends in Costa Rica and swimming at Bagni Regina Giovanna near Sorrento, Italy. Having gone on a month-long solo-sojourn in Italy last September, she has come to the conclusion that while Paris is always a good idea (nine times and counting), Italy is an even better one. Sydney is New York- and food-obsessed, and when she’s not attempting to jet off to Europe she can be found at her favorite local restaurants in the city or snapping photos around Central Park.
