Integrated Marketing Coordinator

The Integrated Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting all marketing initiatives and driving results through closely monitoring campaign performance. He or she will support the daily execution of marketing, track key metrics on an ongoing basis, derive insights from results, and share recommendations with the broader internal teams. What You’ll Do

  • Assist development of all marketing projects and campaigns and ensure successful execution / implementation
  • Responsible for identifying improvement and innovation opportunities on existing marketing capabilities and workflows
  • Manage all acquisition reporting and scorecards to measure effectiveness of all marketing activity
  • Support creative development of digital & e-mail marketing campaigns and workflows – including copywriting as needed and RFP development
  • Manage utilization of HubSpot & Salesforce for lead generation efforts
  • Maintain department’s calendar of meetings & events and project management tools Basecamp + Trello
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Content, Membership, Creative, Technology, and Bookings
  • Oversee multiple web analytics solutions, implementation and troubleshooting of advanced tagging and measurement, attribution models, A/B testing
  • Competitor tracking / competitor shopping to understand market promotional specificities
  • Support execution of strategic partnerships, including developing and executing audience development initiatives / sweepstakes (email + social)
  • Assist with the execution of paid and organic social media campaigns and optimizing based on campaign efficacy

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Marketing required
  • 1.5/2+ years experience in Marketing/Advertising – travel, luxury, start-up experience a plus
  • HubSpot certification and Salesforce familiarity strongly preferred
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment; Proactive approach to projects
  • Strong project management skills, detail-oriented with excellent execution
  • Strong computer knowledge in Excel & Powerpoint, Keynote

Lifecycle Marketing Manager

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing member loyalty + engagement, strategically re-engaging with prior members, and bolstering the overall customer experience. We are looking for an innovative self-starter who is proactive and eager to take on a fast-paced, high-growth area of our business. The candidate must have a unique combination of creative thinking mixed with strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills to take our lifecycle marketing to the next level. What You’ll Do

  • In partnership with the Director of Marketing, deliver a strategy and the corresponding programming that will maximize the lifetime value of our community from day one
  • Manage the execution and implementation of touch points dedicated to member retention across multiple channels, both digital and through our delivery experience
  • Use data to deliver insightful, timely, and actionable reports on how to manage our personalization and segmentation strategies that ultimately connect with our customers in an innovative way
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to garner insights on consumer behavior to drive actionable next steps
  • Help drive customer awareness for new content, company announcements, new products (Insider Journeys, Anytime Trips)
  • Drive segmentation strategy and identify opportunities for growth in key areas of the customer journey
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management Budget & Forecasts
  • Lead collection of NPS data and develop plan to address focus areas and challenges with all relevant teams
  • Manage tools and software to measure and forecast churn, retention, and subscription conversion performance
  • Collaborate with Creative/Brand to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Do ongoing research and competitive analysis to stay on top of trends, tools and tactics to help keep our members and subscribers deeply engaged with our brand.

  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on retention, including channels such as email, loyalty programs, conversational marketing and direct mail
  • Strong, data-driven mentality and deeply familiar with tools to support retention and CRM efforts (preferably Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
  • Experience in subscription-based companies (preferred, not required)
  • Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Travel Operations

Indagare is seeking Travel Operations Coordinators and Travel Operations Assistants to join our Bookings team. Our Travel Operations staff support a Trip Designer partner, working closely with them to manage the logistical and operational needs of all trip-planning activities that enable our members to discover authentic experiences and make remarkable journeys. What You’ll Do

  • Ensure all-important details are gathered to put together a trip itinerary. This includes:
    • Corresponding by phone and/or email with hotels and other suppliers (tour guides, ground operators, etc.) to check rates and availability
    • Making and confirming reservations and services
  • Create and edit detailed trip itineraries
  • Prior to each trip, organize all materials and send out departure packages to our members
  • Expand your knowledge of the travel industry and destinations via Indagare training to grow into a Tip Designer or Operations Lead role
  • Cover for the office receptionist when needed

Associate Membership Manager

The Associate Membership Manager is responsible for handling client engagement, acquisition, and inquiries. The position reports directly to the Senior Membership Director, working directly with the Senior Membership Manager on both strategic and tactical initiatives. What You’ll Do

  • Respond to all new requests for membership information, converting leads to members and providing a smooth transition from membership to trip planning
  • Achieve assigned monthly acquisition goal individually and collaborate to achieve monthly team retention goal
  • Manage a set group of members in Salesforce, including: coordination, management, tracking and evaluation of all membership and renewal activities
  • Partner with Membership and Marketing (fondly known as “Marketship”) teammates to identify opportunities and execute plans related to acquisition and engagement
  • Engage clients whose memberships have lapsed to determine why they chose not to renew
  • Collaborate with the Senior Membership Manager on the development of retention programs
  • Collaborate with trip planning partners to ensure the best client experience through weekly meetings and building an on-going relationship across the teams
  • Handle customer service inquiries by simultaneously providing excellent service to the client and advocating for the team
  • Generate ideas and strategy to add value to membership, drive referrals and thoughtfully grow the base
  • Develop strategy for acquisition events and introduce potential new members to Indagare’s travel planning services
  • Collaborate with Senior Membership Director to develop services and programs that add value and enhance the membership experience
  • Work with Senior Membership Manager to ensure financial tracking of membership

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2-3 years selling experience, preferably in a membership services role
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience serving a very sophisticated, affluent, upscale clientele preferred
  • Ability to determine sale type (light touch v. hard sale) in real time, based on interactions and communications with potential clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial, high performance environment and deliver results
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, presentation, project management and organizational skills
  • General understanding of PNL
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully, both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain a positive, focused, organized, diligent and resilient mentality

Flights Operations Manager

The Flights Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of the Flights department at Indagare. You will be responsible for partnering with the team of Trip Designers (Bookings Department) in cultivating and building strong member relationships with a focus on driving flights bookings. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own execution of Flights strategy that aligns with the company’s strategic vision and objectives to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and coach a team of Flights Specialists and Flights Operations Assistants in their client-communication and ticketing
  • Work in partnership with the Trip Designers to coordinate and ticket domestic and international flight arrangements for our members’ travel
  • Research and provide solutions to any flight-related issues a member may experience with arrangements made by Indagare
  • Communicate directly with our fulfilling partner to ensure the Flights team is fully informed on standard operating procedures and accurately apply airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements to Indagare workflow
  • Work with accounting department to manage department’s P&L, with responsibility for achieving top line and profitability targets
