We’re looking for a freelance, project based Graphic Designer with an elevated taste level and experience in working with luxury brand/product. Marketing/Advertising Coordinator

As Marketing/Advertising Coordinator, reporting to Indagare’s Associate Marketing Director, you will be responsible for all administrative support for any Marketing initiative or projects. Read More | Apply

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Assist and manage marketing projects and campaigns as delegated by Associate Marketing Director
  • Manage all acquisition reporting and scorecards to measure effectiveness of all marketing activity
  • Support creative development of digital & e-mail marketing campaigns
  • Help manage Marketing Budget & Forecasts
  • Work closely with agencies and internal partners to develop and share acquisition/partnership insights and analytics
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing and Editorial Departments to outline content for special strategic partnerships and manage deadlines
  • Help leverage HubSpot & Salesforce for inbound marketing efforts and lead generation for Membership Department
  • Maintaining department calendar of meetings and events

PR & Social Media Manager

As Indagare’s Public Relations (PR) and Social Media Manager your role will be to nurture a strong industry network, increase brand awareness in the US market and tell the Indagare story by connecting to our community through various social platforms. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Increase Indagare’s brand awareness and brand perception through communications and media relations
  • Promote Indagare initiatives to trade and consumer press; develop and cultivate relationships with key members of media to ensure ongoing coverage
  • Create talking points, press releases, press lists and other materials as needed
  • Service as primary media contact
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive, Marketing and Editorial teams in order to lead the development and implementation of public relationships programs and media plans
  • Secure and vet speaking conferences/panels for CEO
  • Develop annual social media strategy and roadmap to guide all social efforts
  • Establish clear KPI’s and objectives for brand channels
  • Manage paid social channel investment allocation

  • Leverage suite of social media monitoring tools, including: channel monitoring & analysis, geo-fenced user-generated content monitoring, competitive set analysis, develop monthly social media report, measure social engagement including mentions, reach and impressions.
  • Track social keyword mentions of brand
  • Analyze competitor social media initiatives and measure conversions while identifying optimization opportunities
  • Monitoring Indagare’s social media communities to identify and develop ways to better engage with its audiences
  • Managing the social media calendar and ensuring that content is properly scheduled
  • Curate, create, and gather assets for social media posts, appearances, and events
  • Developing ad-hoc analytics reports overall

Our ideal candidate:

  • Ideally, you will have 5 to 7 years of experience in PR either in-house or at an agency. Bonus points if you have experience in tech startups or travel.

Travel Coordinator

Indagare is seeking a Travel Coordinator to support a busy team of travel specialists. This position will work closely with the travel specialists to manage the logistical and operational needs of all trip-planning activities that will enable our members to discover authentic experiences and make remarkable journeys. What You’ll Do

  • Ensure all-important details are gathered to put together a trip itinerary. This includes:
    • Corresponding by phone and/or email with hotels and other suppliers (tour guides, ground operators, etc) to check rates and availability
    • Making and confirming reservations and services
  • Create and edit detailed trip itineraries
  • Prior to each trip, organize all materials and send out departure packages to our members
  • Expand your knowledge of destinations via Indagare training to grow into a travel specialist role
  • Cover for the office receptionist when needed
