Digital & Web Designer

Indagare is looking for a motivated Digital & Web Designer who will work closely with our creative and marketing teams on a variety of design projects across all our platforms and collaterals. The primary function of this role is to support the organization with the design of a range of campaigns, including digital and web design, as well as some print. Read More | Apply

What You’ll Do

  • Design new website landing pages, with a focus on effective/behavior-driving/optimized UX
  • Design and produce responsive e-marketing campaigns
  • Design and produce all social media assets and digital display ads
  • Design creative presentations, signage and other promotional materials, including some merchandise
  • Produce internal learning/development materials and all company decks, maintaining brand identity
  • Maintain/develop brand identity by optimizing materials, including design assets library
  • Oversee production work, including print runs and merchandising
  • Help build and be responsible for the marketing department’s graphic inventory, including crafting templates that will work for a wide range of needs
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative/Content, Marketing and Membership teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to design independently, efficiently incorporating feedback
  • Expertise in mobile responsive design / building responsive email templates
  • Expertise with InDesign, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with Sketch and inVision
  • Wireframe understanding
  • WordPress and Hupspot proficiency
  • Passion for and experience with travel a plus

Systems Administrator

The System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software, network, server and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling all staff to function optimally within their technical environments. This individual will assist technology leadership with the initiation and planning phases of new technical strategy. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions.

 

This individual must be able to interpret and/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues. This position requires a high amount of personal motivation and drive, requiring the individual to recognize issues, develop and present solutions, then move forward without constant supervision.

 

The Systems Administrator reports to senior technology leadership and has oversight by executive staff.

 

What You’ll Do

Day-to-Day Deskside Support

  • Troubleshoot problems reported by users
  • Desktop/Notebook Maintenance
  • Help users to understand and abide by acceptable use policies and procedures
  • Manage the RingCentral VOIP Phone system
  • Assist with Testing of WordPress Updates / Changes
  • Assist with Salesforce systems questions, basic administration

Maintenance Networking

  • Review Logs weekly, apply updates as necessary
  • Update Firewall Rules
  • Keep IOS and hardware on the latest firmware and patches
  • Maintain speed and consistency across wired & wireless networks
  • Maintain the VPN
  • Test network redundancy and failover quarterly

IT Administration

  • Primary Salesforce CRM Administration, including: user assistance, reporting and dashboards, object modification and new rollout, emails, alerts, scheduled tasks, and APEX coding
  • Manage Network and System Usage, apply restrictions where necessary
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
  • Maintain an industry awareness for known issues, threats, and compliances and perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components, and make recommendations for any necessary upgrades
  • Ensure all critical systems are backed up per schedule and backups are tested regularly
  • Maintain all servers (existing and cloud-based infrastructure)
  • Setup new users, decommission departing users, and ensure user permission and file security
  • Maintain and regularly test the disaster recovery / business continuity plan
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning, and maintain ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization.
  • Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
  • Maintain consistent work within established ticket management solutions.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
  • Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with cloud Infrastructures
  • Administration of Google Apps
  • Management and configuration of Cisco-based VOIP systems
  • Cisco experience with routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless
  • Mac OSx, Windows Server, and Windows desktop management experience
  • Salesforce and AWS Administrator certifications preferred

Travel Operations Assistant

Indagare is seeking Travel Operations Assistants to join our Bookings team. Our Travel Operations staff support a Trip Designer partner, working closely with them to manage the logistical and operational needs of all trip-planning activities that enable our members to discover authentic experiences and make remarkable journeys. What You’ll Do

  • Ensure all-important details are gathered to put together a trip itinerary. This includes:
    • Corresponding by phone and/or email with hotels and other suppliers (tour guides, ground operators, etc.) to check rates and availability
    • Making and confirming reservations and services
  • Create and edit detailed trip itineraries
  • Prior to each trip, organize all materials and send out departure packages to our members
  • Expand your knowledge of the travel industry and destinations via Indagare training to grow into a Trip Designer or Operations Lead role
  • Cover for the office receptionist when needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of full-time professional experience
  • A passion for travel planning and a strong desire in growing into a travel specialist
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet key milestones on time and with quality

Group Trips Assistant

The Group Trips Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to Indagare’s Directors of Group Trips, who plan and execute all aspects of Indagare's group trips. The position requires superior organizational and communication skills as the Group Trips Assistant will be responsible for helping to manage client communications and coordination. What You’ll Do

  • Provide operational and administrative support; manage salesforce records and keep track of client/trip related details.
  • Rigorously follow Indagare’s Group Trips standard operating procedure. Work with the Director of Group Trips to ensure quality and consistency of service delivery.
  • Partner with bookings team to arrange individual trip extensions and special participant requests.
  • Act as the voice of the Group Trips Operations team. Partner with Content and Marketing to streamline client communication with a specific focus on delivering a seamless experience during the pre-departure phase of every trip.
  • Create customized itineraries, departure packages and work closely with the Director of Group Trips to put a final checks and balances in place to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Enter payments, track down deposits.
  • Coordinate transfer arrangements and independently book trip segments.
  • Offer travel insurance quotes to trip participants, track purchases and coordinate any needed claims with our insurance partner.
  • Be in constant contact with Journey’s on ground partners while trip is in progress and make sure any needed amendments are made.
  • Provide constructive feedback to on-ground partners.
  • Analyze client’s satisfaction surveys.

What You’ll Bring

  • Is deeply passionate about travel and has a concrete understanding of the travel industry and high-end travel product.
  • Is obsessed with customer service and hospitality, goes the extra mile to create magical experiences.
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-3 years’ experience in communicating and engaging with clients with a preferred background in hospitality, PR or event planning.
  • Is detail oriented and loves being organized. Must be able to project manage and provide operational support to a dynamic, high-volume business.
  • Values transparent and clear communication.
  • Has a positive attitude and is solutions-centric.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possesses an innate standard of excellence.
  • Demonstrates an ability to work independently but can be an active and contributing team member.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably has additional knowledge of Salesforce.
