The legendary French seaside village casts a powerful spell. And while its modern reputation as a jet-setter’s paradise may be well deserved, the natural beauty and simple lifestyle are still the main draws.

    3 Days: Essential St. Tropez

Most St. Tropez itineraries revolve around long lunches on the Pampelonne and dips in the Mediterranean followed by shopping and nights in town. Indagare can help with a customized itinerary, including access to the most exclusive beach clubs. Here is just one example of what our destination experts can create for you.

    • Day 1: Intro to St. Tropez

Transfer to your centrally located hotel and spend the afternoon exploring St. Tropez’s sun-soaked downtown, where the mega-yachts are moored, and near the harbor, a maze of streets lined with designer boutiques snakes its way to a 16th-century citadel on a hill. Afterwards, enjoy dinner at a central restaurant that draws chic crowds thanks to its lively ambience.

    • Day 2: Beachside St. Tropez

No trip to this glamorous coast would be complete without a visit to the legendary Club 55, a genuine landmark presiding over Pampelonne beach. After lunch, you may opt to spend the afternoon shopping (and people watching) or relaxing at your hotel. Enjoy a walk along the harbor with drinks at a hip bar before dinner reservations at an elegant seaside eatery.

    • Day 3: St. Tropez by Boat

Today, take in the gorgeous coastline by boat. Charter a yacht or small boat for the day and enjoy a picnic and relaxing water activities on board. Alternate options include wine tastings, guided touring in nearby castles and spectacular gardens, golf, hiking and museum visits. Finish your day with a wine-filled evening in town.

“We love the Pan dei Palais. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is so lovely. We especially loved being right in the middle of town, where we could walk outside and enjoy the area and the Saturday morning market place.”

“St. Tropez offers a perfect combination of laid-back coastal beauty and scene-y beach clubs and restaurants. The region appeals as much to the person who wants to chill on the beach all day and soak up the natural beauty as it does to the person who wants to party all night at the fabulous clubs.”
