Exploring Oslo, road-tripping, hiking and boating around the Norwegian fjords
Days 1-3: Oslo
Tour Oslo to learn about Norwegian exploration (from the Viking era to present day), see the city’s cool modern architecture and famous ski jump and dine at alfresco eateries on the waterfront.
Days 4-10: Norwegian Fjords
Experience the exquisitely beautiful fjords that line the coast of Norway with stops in the charming town of Ålesund and at a handful of serene countryside resorts. Rent a car to see roadside architectural attractions, kayak to secluded waterfalls, visit islands on a RIB boat tour, see the landscape from above with a helicopter tour and visit famous fjords like Geirangerfjord and Sognefjord.
