What was once an abandoned ruin in the medina has been transformed into an oasis that feels like stepping into a hidden garden on Ibiza. White washed walls, woven-reed awnings, thatched chairs and lush plantings all inspire lingering over lunch. The menu features delicious organic salads and pizzas and sandwiches that pair well with chilled rosé. This special preserve is the creation of French expat Stephanie Giribone, whose jewelry line, La Fil de la Vie, and housewares are on sale in the charming boutique at the front.
