This sky-high venue, on the 118th floor of Kowloon’s International Commerce Centre (part of the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong) is not for the vertiginous. But those who brave the heights can sip a signature Dragontini (made with vodka, yuzu and raspberries) while admiring Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and Victoria Harbour views. Cocktails can be accompanied by Japanese-inspired bites, like mini Wagyu burgers and chocolate tartlettes.
