J. Boroski

This unmarked speakeasy is tucked away down a small alley and behind a curtained door in the trendy Thong Lor area.  Joseph Boroski is a famed mixologist known throughout Asia, and here he creates a bespoke ambiance for enjoying his innovative libations. There is no menu here—just tell the bartender your preferences and he will concoct a tailor-made cocktail. (Try to give as few parameters as possible to allow the mixology prodigies to work their magic.) Specialty ingredients sometimes used can be butterfly pea, mangosteen, house-made bitters, and unique ingredients from all over the world that Boroski travels to find.  A seat at the bar is recommended so you can watch the show.
