Indagare can arrange tours of the opulent Casa Aliaga, one of the oldest colonial mansions in South America that was built on land given to the Aliaga family by Francisco Pizarro in the 16th century. The unassuming façade belies the grand interiors where visitors can admire the beautiful leafy courtyard, ornately tiled floors, rich mahogany furniture and Peruvian art and artifacts. The house is a 40-minute drive from Lima.
