Waterfront: Cabane Bambou

 Pan Deï Palais Restaurant, a pool terrace with a Provençal-meets-Polynesian menu. Table for TwoLa Réserve Restaurant, where locally-sourced cuisine is served in a lounge at low tables, in a main dining room or on a terrace with sea views; and Japanese fare is served on a rooftop. Hotspot: Le Banh-Hoï, known for its delicious Thai and Vietnamese food and its popularity with the pre-clubber set; and Café Le Sénéquier, a vast terrace frequented by the French showbiz crowd at sunset (go for a cocktail and the scene, but not necessarily a meal).
