Not far from the fantastic marché d’aligré on the bustling rue Faubourg Saint-Antoine, you will find the beautiful Jouvence. Located in a former apothecary, the stylish dining room is stylishly outfitted with dark blue banquets, lacquered-wood walls, globe light fixtures and a curved white marble bar. The menu, like the décor, offers a fresh, elegant take on the classic French bistro. Prix-fixe menus at lunch and dinner are a great value, but there are also plenty of temping à la carte offerings like the wonderfully light crab with hummus foam starter.
