In her lifetime, the visionary Elsa Schiaparelli was often seen as a rival to Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel but with a more artistic bent and better sense of humor. In recent years, her brand has been revived by Diego Della Valle and the creative genius of Daniel Roseberry. The company’s headquarters are located in Elsa’s former apartment on the Place Vendome. The space includes iconic art and design pieces by Elsa’s friends like Jean Cocteau, Salvador Dali and Jean Michel Frank; archival objects as well as the latest collections of jewelry, accessories and fashion.
