Eparchiaki Odos Pirgou Kallistis - Profiti Ilia, Santorini 847 00, Greece

Established by the late Giorgos Hatziyannakis in 1985, Selene ushered in a renaissance of traditional Santorinian cuisine to the caldera of Fira. Now located in what was once an 18th-century Catholic monastery, its gastronomic legacy is led by chef Ettore Botrini, of Michelin-starred Botrini's Restaurant in Athens. Guests can sample the soulful evolution of this landmark restaurant with its "Mnēmes" degustation or choose from a robust a la carte menu that carefully balances the preservation and revolution of Cycladic cuisine.
The wine bar serves an eclectic selection curated by Yannis Karakasis, one of just 416 Masters of Wine in the world. Seasoned sommeliers host wine-tasting experiences in Selene Antique Caves.
