This imaginative restaurant set off St. Stephen’s Green is housed in a sleek and glass-enclosed space. Each night, there is a four- or six-course menu, and on Fridays and Saturdays, there is a surprise tasting menu. The innovative courses may include an appetizer of blue-fin tuna belly with oscietra caviar or foie gras royal with smoked eel and entrées of sika deer with pumpkin and juniper or John Dory with seaweed mustard. A night here is capped off with sweet delicacies like frozen liquorice meringue. The airy interiors echo the restaurant’s name, with floor-to-ceiling windows, gauzy curtains and turquoise velvet chairs.
