Located inside a striking building dating from the 1400s, Enoteca Ferrara is one of Rome’s best spots for aperitivo, with a large wine selection (they also have some good local artisanal beers) and a bar laid out with prosciutto and homemade snacks at cocktail time. Less well-known is the restaurant that serves some Roman favorites, like zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta, and topped with crispy pancetta. The only downside is the slow service so if you are in rush belly up to the bar with the locals.
