Built on the site used by Romans, the thousand-year-old caves are currently used by the restaurant as the wine cellar. Today, Michelin-starred chef Hans Snijders cooks up seasonal, rich classic in the cavernous formal dining room. During the glorious Dutch summers, snag a seat on the restaurant’s lovely terrace with sweeping views of the Jekerdal Valley.

Every Sunday to Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., find specially priced drinks and snacks, plus oysters and caviar.
