Inside the Kruisherenhotel, Spencer’s is an upscale bistro housed inside a former church. The neighborhood spot offers impeccable service in a relaxed atmosphere, with delicious plates such as wild sea bass with ratatouille and red bell pepper cream, wagyu beef with truffle purée and lobster gratin. Every Sunday to Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., find specially priced drinks and snacks, plus oysters and caviar.
