Old Man of Storr

Old Man of Storr, Portree, UK

The most renowned hike on the Isle of Skye, the Old Man of Storr has earned its fame and popularity, unsurprisingly, because of the views and the impressive rock tower (the “old man”) waiting at the end. This is a moderate hike, with the highest difficulty being the last incline up to the Old Man and can either be 3.8 kilometers or four and a half kilometers total, depending on which route is taken. This hike is possible in nearly all weather conditions.
