Run by award-winning chef Clare Coghill, an Isle of Skye native, Café Cùil reflects Clare’s passion for Hebridean produce and is heavily influenced by Gaelic Scottish traditions. The menu at Cùil (which means “nook,” “nest” or “corner” in Scottish Gaelic) is all locally sourced, and there is even a small gift shop selling local products. This is a good option for a casual but elevated lunch or breakfast, whether on a day-trip or an extended stay in Skye.
