Izumi

Located on the rooftop terrace of the Four Seasons, Izumi has spectacular views of Lake Geneva and the surrounding countryside. The Asian-fusion menu incorporates Japanese and Mediterranean flavors in dishes like sautéed dover sole with shiso sauce and lobster salad with yuzu truffle dressing. In the winter, the restaurant moves inside to the hotel’s cozy library.
