Dinning Area at Breezes, Bermuda

Breezes

The beachside restaurant at Cambridge Beaches Resort is best known for its romantic views at sunset, which are particularly enjoyable if dining a deux (the resort does not allow children under 13 years old). The menu consists of the usual Continental fare at dinner, and for lunch there is a selection of salads and sandwiches. On Wednesdays, there is a casual beachside barbecue. Reservations required.

Boating at Harbourside, Bermuda

Harbourside

Locals arrive by boat to this waterfront restaurant, located on the ground level of the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute. Harbourside’s extensive menu includes everything from escargot to chicken roti, but the main draw is the sushi menu. For a particularly good deal, swing by their weeknight sushi happy hour, which runs from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. The space can get busy at sunset thanks to its beautiful views.

Mickey’s Bar & Bistro

If you could only dine at one beachside restaurant in Bermuda, this is the one. Mickey’s is set on Elbow Beach, arguably the best on the island, and has a casual, fun vibe. The lunch menu offers beach-casual fare like burgers, grilled fish, salads, pizzas and pastas, while the dinner menu is upscale Mediterranean, with dishes including seafood risotto, tuna tartare and Tuscan ribs. The food isn’t remarkable, but the setting is stunning.

The Pink Beach Club at The Loren

Whether you are a guest at the hotel or just stopping off on your way to town to check out the view, this is a pleasant open-air spot by the sea for salads, the local catch, a classic burger or sandwiches—all with a view of the pool, beach and water beyond.

Waterlot

This 350-year old steakhouse on the waterfront at the Fairmont in Southampton serves up classic dishes such as oysters Rockefeller and Porterhouse steak, along with locally caught fish. It's old-school and a little  formal after a day at the beach, but The Dock, the nearby lounge with a water view, is a nice place to chill and enjoy a craft cocktail (or catch the sunset) before a meal.
